Ryan starts out by tying up Zack's balls with a nylon rope, making him use his own mouth the keep them pulled tight, playing with himself in the process. Next the paddle returns, while Zack taks his slaps. Soon Master Ryan takes over with the rope and the paddle, repeatedly pulling and slapping Zack's ball sack with the paddle. The torture continues and gets more and more painful for Zack until he finally is made to stand while Ryan ties weights to Zack's balls, pulling them down. Ryan continues to play with Zack by taking the heavy weights and swinging them while Zack counts out for his pleasure.
