Why don't I see the credit for a voided purchase on my billing statement?
Answer:
As opposed to a refund, we are sometimes able to void a transaction. This is an actual cancellation of a charge. No credit will appear on your banking statement when a void is issued, because the charge is never completed, and therefore is never debited from your account. Rest assured, no charge was taken from your card, and discrepancies should clear up on your bank statement within 48 hours. If you still see a charge on your statement after 48 hours, please contact our customer service.
If you would like to send us your payment by mail, we accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks. For safety and tracking purposes, we are unable to accept cash.
